Mounting cardboard 1 mm Acid-free

Acid-free mount board, 1 mm thick, used for thin mounts or
as mounting cardboard between the art & backing.

Important to use if you are not using acid-free backing, e.g. masonite side in a copper frame. Quality material with acid-free covers means that art & photos do not yellow.

Tips for professional framing:
Use mounting cardboard and a passepartout of the same size, glue them together on one long side when you have opened them towards each other like a book. Place the art between the two and fit the art into your passepartout. Attach the art to the mounting cardboard. Fold over the passepartout and place in the frame with well-polished glass. Seal.

Choose your size: If you have a different measurement you would like, you can write the measurements in the note at checkout. Choose the measurement that is closest to the top.
