Our services & goods
Enköping Konst & Ram AB (hereinafter *we/our/us) offers services and goods within frame manufacturing, framing, art and gift items.

Prices & payment terms
All prices in the store and in the online store are stated including VAT.
By using our service, the customer certifies that the buyer is of legal age and over 18 years of age.
The customer's total price for the order is summed up at checkout after weight and address have been added, together with the cost of the goods for shipping and packaging, the price includes VAT for Sweden. No hidden fees are added at checkout.
Shipping & packaging
We deliver within Sweden. Our supplier is primarily Postnord. The customer's order is packed well according to Postnord's recommendations to withstand shocks and handling. We ship your ordered goods promptly.
Right of withdrawal – when purchasing remotely
Returns of stock items are made at the customer's own expense unless the product is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly, in which case we are responsible for the shipping. Returns must be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery. The customer must notify us before returning by post. The item must be unused and returned well packaged, in good condition without visible damage or defects, in a saleable condition.
If the customer has handled the item in such a way that this has resulted in the returned item being of lesser value, we have the right not to compensate the customer for the item or the exchange. For custom-made and specially manufactured products, see 'Exceptions to the Distance Selling Act' below.
Is the item damaged in shipping:
If your package has been damaged in shipping, we ask you to first file a complaint with the shipping company. Photograph the damage as soon as you have received the item and discovered the fault.
Distance Selling Act:
We follow the Distance Selling Act and therefore the customer has the right to return ordered stock goods (the value must exceed 400 SEK) without giving any reason. The customer cancels their purchase by notifying us within 14 days of the customer receiving their order.
EXCEPTION from the Distance Selling Act:
Specially manufactured goods, custom-made goods; frames, framing, passepartout and more are not accepted for return according to SFS 2005:59, 'Exceptions for goods that are specially manufactured according to the consumer's wishes or that have a clear personal touch...'.
These types of goods that are specially ordered according to the customer's wishes are not returned unless they have visible errors and deficiencies that have arisen with us, in which case we are responsible for the shipping and we will then send a new item according to your order.
Unclaimed packages:
In the case of unclaimed packages/letters, the customer will be charged a shipping cost of 200 SEK incl. VAT within Sweden to cover returns and administration. When ordering custom-made goods, the customer remains liable for payment for the goods.
Obstacles to course registration.
Your registration is binding if you have booked in the frame workshop or elsewhere through us. If you have purchased the course online, you are entitled to a 14-day open purchase if the first e-mail has not been sent.

The customer information is registered to fulfill the agreement on the exchange of goods and services agreed between the customer and the company.

Enköping Konst & Ram does not voluntarily share information with third parties that are not affected by your order, shipping or design.
